Seeking Performance Artists, Actors, Dancers, Puppeteers

Le Théâtre de Marionette (LTDM Entertainment) seeks performers to train and perform in professional productions appearing at Six Flags Over Texas, the State Fair of Texas, The Ritz-Carlton, festivals, corporate events, and touring engagements throughout Texas.

Previous experience is not required. We have programs to train qualified people.

We are looking for applicants with these 3 qualities:

HWP individuals with good physical strength and overall fitness.
An adaptable mindset to learn something new.
Have a strong stage presence.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Excellent physical condition with no known health issues, mobility or other physical limitations.
Minimum physical height of 5' 4" due to puppet scale and show mechanics.
Exceptional upper body, arm, shoulder, back, and core strength.
Ability to hold or carry weight overhead or to the side for extended periods.
Ability to safely navigate stairs, platforms, and elevated performance areas.
Comfortable working outdoors, including very warm conditions.
Ability to perform multiple shows daily while maintaining performance quality.

PERFORMER QUALITIES

Strong stage presence.
Good rhythm, musicality, and timing.
Ability to perform precisely to prerecorded tracks and cues.
Ability to learn choreography and specialized techniques quickly.
Comfortable adapting to changing performance conditions.
Takes direction and coaching professionally.
Maintains focus and performance quality under pressure.
