Performances Within the Greater DFW Area
All of our touring shows and workshops are available for single and multiple date performances within the greater DFW area. All pricing in 2023 published show catalog is valid for the Greater DFW Area, as indicated by the Green Zone of diagram below.
Texas and National Touring Programs
BLUE ZONE TOURING AREAS
Under 120 Miles of Dallas: All CABARET touring shows and workshops are available for SAME-DAY travel/performance when show time is scheduled between 12:00PM - 5:00PM. We will travel up to 120 miles (2 HOURS) from Greater DFW at the catalog show rate with no overnight or addon charges other than standard travel fee. (See shaded blue area). Travel fee is calculated at $1.50 mile/RT and added to the base performance fee. Financial support may be available to all non-profit organizations through the Texas Commission of the Arts.
ALL OTHER TEXAS TOURING
Over 120 Miles: All touring shows and workshops are available to travel to additional parts of Texas. For locations over 120 miles or for shows scheduled before 12:00 PM, we require a single minimal travel and set-up day. Please submit a show request so we may properly give an accurate quote. Financial support may be available to all non-profit organizations through the Texas Commission of the Arts.
NATIONAL and OUTSIDE TEXAS TOURING
All stage shows are available to travel within the Domestic United States. We have a minimum booking criteria for locations over 500 miles. Please submit a show request so we may properly give an accurate quote.
We do not travel to Mexico, Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.
